Record of All Documents regarding to Shop/Office Agreement,
Installments Plans, Due Date Reminders, Auto Generated
Agreements, Shop Status, Construction Status, Recovery Status
Logging for administration purposes, different level of access,
and online access to the system for better management During the
development process latest tools (Microsoft Dot Net Technologies
and MS SQL Server) will be used so that system can survive
longer. Latest business standards will be adopted as per
requirements

Status:
We can check Shop/Employee/installments/scanned documents/sold/construction /customers status just on single click.
Construction
Status:
In construction status a user can view an auto color updating chart regarding to construction status e.g. red color for under construction, green color for Completed, and Yellow color for last phase of development
Sold Status:
In Sold Status Menu a User can View an auto color updating chart regarding to Shop Sales Agreement, user can edit the color scheme as per his liking e.g. Green color for sale, Red Color Not for sale, yellow color for resale by Plaza Owner, Pink Color for Release by Owner and Indigo Color for Reserved Shop
Floor Info:
In
Floor info menu there will be information relating to the floors
of plaza and how much shops
are available in a floor the whole detail will be represented in
a floor mapped
form
Employee Status:
In Employee menu user can search employee details can add new employee can edit existing employee details or can easily delete the customer details as per requirements.
Shops
Info:
In Shops info menu the color status will show that status of the shop e.g. for sale, not for sale etc, the size of the shop will be displayed in a mapped form.
Scanned Documents:
A user can view the scanned documents relating to the owner of a shop e.g. iqrarnama, National Identity card etc as much time as a user want
Shops Agreement:
A colored map of shop will be displayed to take action like sale of shop, installment plan, received installments, transfer of owner ship, and cancellation of shop to take relevant action just click on the required link to process for further process, user can schedule the installments manually as well auto generated instilment plan with 1 month, 3 month six month plan. After creating the installment plan auto generated ID # will be assigned against the shop.
Iqrar Nama:
At
the end of shop sale agreement an auto generated Iqrar Nama
(stamp paper material) will be ready for print on stamp paper as
legal document

Installments Detail:
With the Help of installment details a user can easily view about the reaming installments from the customers. Due installments by the customers will be displayed automatically on due date with customer and shop details.
